Claude Code already queues what you type mid-turn, but it hands it over as soon as the current tool calls finish, so a follow-up can land inside the turn it was meant to follow.
This holds the draft outside the session and submits it as a new turn only once the Stop hook fires, one prompt per turn, in order.
Option+Enter queues, plain Enter behaves normally, Option+Shift+Enter opens a manager pane where you can edit or drop what's queued. It reads the input box and types back over cmux's control socket, so it needs password mode on.
macOS only, since the hotkey daemon is Carbon.
