Closes #add-junie-platform (if applicable) - Create JunieInstallPlatformStrategy with .junie native root - Register Junie strategy in InstallPlatformRegistry (last in detection order) - Add Junie enum value to AgentPlatform - Add junie/jetbrains parse aliases and reload hints - Update AGENTS.md with Junie paths and platform lists Co-authored-by: Kevdome3000 <1480115+Kevdome3000@users.noreply.github.com>
