This started out as a fix for petless hunterbots, then turned into an investigation of disappearing hunterbot pets, and then became about useless hunnterbot pets without skills. So, this fixes all of those things, finally allowing useful and existing pets for hunterbots.
BTW, the DB table that is supposed to have stat info for pets by their family id is mostly empty, which makes me sad. I looked all over the place for somewhere that might have this data and came up with nothing. I'm hoping someone will read the code comment and help out the project with this vital missing data.
