Fill the remaining space in scroller mode

Is there a way to set a bind so that the active window takes up all the remaining free space on the monitor up to the edge of the screen?

In the Niri:
Mod+Ctrl+F { expand-column-to-available-width; }

When I manually resize a window, it can leave empty space on the monitor. If I manually move it to the edge of the screen, it either extends further and scrolls, or leaves a small gap.

By the way, it would be very nice to be able to change the size of the window with the mouse so that if I drag the left edge of the window, it stretches to the left, and if I drag the right edge, it stretches to the right, and not just on one side always
