ResourceDayView should not expose a picker for day/week/month

First, let me say a big thank you for the new Resource view, it's great.

I think the picker here should be removed. Currently it can be clicked but gives no action (which makes sens on a Day view), which is bad design IMHO.

I just discovered I can do viewSelectProps={{ views: [] }} by checking with the LLM. Maybe it could be indicated in the doc or be the default value here ?
