MIni player window issue

When using Arc browser, and resizing the mini-player, the controls for forward 30sec and backward 10sec are not visible when the mini-player is small (image1) but is visible when sufficient size(image). Bug in Spotify-Lyrics or in chromium???

verify if PIP window is disabled to be resizable or bug?. request to be custom resizable by user? (remembered and no arbitrary max/min size). also scalable to variable aspect ratio?

if it's not possible for variable aspect ratio dynamically, how about a portrait preset options of either 1:1, 3:4, 9:16, and 1:2? (then just scale to cover fit bleed the blurred album cover)
