Update container format to v1.2.0 with a fixed 28-byte footer and "FLOF" magic for corruption detection. Add strict offset and length validation in FiloReader. Standardize chunk format and clarify offset rules in FiloChunkIndex. Update constants and introduce FiloFooter for footer size. Revise README with new format, usage, and integrity/security details. Bump project version to 1.2.0.
