v1.0.3 - Fixed Packaging

Fixed: ZIP packaging now contains 'Provisioner' folder (without version number) for proper installation in World of Warcraft.

Changes:

• Added build.ps1 script to automate proper ZIP creation
• Updated .gitignore to exclude build artifacts

Installation:

1. Download Provisioner-1.0.3.zip
2. Extract to World of Warcraft_retail_\Interface\AddOns\
3. The folder will be named 'Provisioner' (correct)
4. Type /prov in-game to start
