[GAME] Game crashes when the Jalopy drifts

If you use the handbrake/drift in the jalopy after boosting the game will crash.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use turbo in the jalopy
2. Apply the handbrake
3. The game crashes

Expected behavior

shouldn't crash 🤯

The jalopy file is unmodified, this glitch has existed for a couple of years.
