Routing

• Fixed a crash that could occur when decoding malformed traffic incident or road closure data in route responses.

Audio

• Fixed an issue where voice instructions could be truncated if the previous instruction was interrupted while falling back to the offline text-to-speech synthesizer.
• Pre-emptively fixed an issue (identified on Android) where ampersands (&) in spoken text caused malformed voice synthesis requests to the voice/v1/speak API.

Other changes

• Fixed a crash that could occur when restoring cached road shield and sprite images.
• Fixed a possible crash during updating route progress, related to invalid numeric conversion.
