gtest 1.7.0 and geojsonvt 4.1.2 broken with GCC 5.3.1 (Ubuntu 16.04)

gtest and geojsonvt package is broken with GCC 5.3.1 and only links with -D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI=0

I uploaded a new binary built with GCC 5.3.1 and this one links fine.

It didn't work, it broke GCC 4 of course. 😛

I think the solution for now is simply remove the gtest and geojsonvt pre compiled binaries for now and compile from sources.
