searching an address should zoom into map at correct scale

The built-in Android Geocoder API (which probably uses Google Play Services in the background anyway) doesn't return information that is useful for figuring out how far to zoom in when a user does a search. I.e searching a house should zoom in more than searching a city.

• to reduce quota usage only use this when the user does a search
