Updating the Add From Fit to actually add the ship from the fit.

updated add from fit to allow you to delete items from the fit before saving. This saves a lot of time for stuff like smartbombs, mobile depots, and other things you would usually buy.

Made some minor optimizations in the time it takes to build the plan after adding a full fit. It's still slow on anything complex like T2 or capitals or t2 capitals.

Adds the ability to copy a fit from eve online and paste it into the multi build plan control. It then creates the number of runs, copies, etc from the given fit.

Fixed the current inventory grid to be editable again.

Updated the materials and prices tree view and build details tree view to not add 0 nodes. as build groups are completed, they are marked as such.

Fixes the Build plan screens ( both ) to use the correct manufacturing time calculation. It was using reactions instead of manufacturing.

Multiple updates
1.) Updated pacakges to the latest stable version.

2.) Updated the build plan and multi-build plan control to load much quicker by not reloading the tree view every time.

3.) Made the determine optimum build run slightly faster by not loading the UI for every "Run Calcs" call.

4.) Fixed the multi plan final product grid to show the correct cost per item . Taxes were not being included on the cost per item but it was on the profit column. Profit did not equal sell price - cost per item * quantity.

5.) Attempting to fix a DPI-Related issue where screens with large resolutions squished buttons and other controls.
