Rewrote the Copilot instructions file with a cleaner structure: - Replaced verbose prose with concise, scannable sections - Added explicit Core Rules section covering sourcing, apt-get preference, and Debian symlink sharing conventions - Added Commit Messages guidelines section - Added High-Value Files section for quick orientation - Removed redundant 'where to look next' and 'known issues' sections in favor of tighter, actionable content Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
