- install-packages: enable non-free and contrib repos required for libfdk-aac-dev (needed to build MakeMKV with ffmpeg)
- install-makemkv: fix binary check (makemkv -> makemkvcon), move apt-get install before downloads to fail fast, add error checking on all configure/make steps, clean build dirs on re-run
- install-desktop-packages: add qemu-system-x86, qemu-utils, virt-manager (alphabetical order)
- add-user-to-groups: add user to kvm and libvirt groups for QEMU/virt-manager access
