mapswipe_workers: create footprint project: Bing url not set correctly #170
Description
When importing a footprint project and when using Bing we need to set the url in this format:
http://t0.tiles.virtualearth.net/tiles/a{quad_key}.jpeg?g=854&mkt=en-US&token={key}
The app will generate a quad key from tile coordinates.
