Bug: Wrong Counts in Aggregated Results

For some reason there are wrong result counts when aggregation results in generate stats.

This bug was related to the "bad_imagery_count" being wrong. Mistakenly we used the same number as for "no_count". the bug didn't effect the yes and maybe counts, which we mainly use to delineate inhabited areas.
