Important points to consider
- Add usergroup's all contribution to the usergroup's contribution
- Defined date range: it should be as if they first joined the group 2022-01-01 and remained in the group up until today, so any contributions so far of 2023 as well should be counted.
2022-01-01 to 2023-03-14 - Field to look at for extracting date:
end_date->year - For abnormal time spent data, we should use the same logic as before. Add threshold for time-spent calculation #629
What's on the SOW
- For American Red Cross partner groups
- Conduct a one-time process to back-calculate for certain key partners that have registered groups with us. Partners will have a deadline for getting any of their existing users to join their group. List of group(s) will be provided to Togglecorp and back-calculations done to tally all the past 2022 contributions of the users in those groups.
- For Individual users
- Propose and implement a migration plan. For example: calculate all metrics for the history of the app, calculate starting for 2022, calculate starting from the launch of the new features.
