This is a maintenance release which addresses some issues into 2.9:

Remove clumpy non-working Windows Support
Add memory conservation logic to close idle session s2s streams
Fix uncaught bugs into mod_mam, also improve its implementation
Correctly forward unsubscribes on user deletion
Updated to address some possible tracebacks
