Ignore ANSI escape sequences when calculating text length

For example colored strings like this: "\u001B[31mHello, world!\u001B[0m" will break the output.

The ability to use this library with some other library for colored output (e.g. I'm using https://github.com/nyabkun/qq-shell-color/tree/main) will be a nice feature.

This would be a new feature for a kind of filter to exclude formatting patterns being counted towards content length.
Or a hook for custom content length computation.

Hook may also work for me. I personally do not exactly now how deep is the rabbit hole of ANSI escape sequences, and which ones could be supported out-of-box in the library. At least filtering out the color-controlling ones seem like a true-to-life use case.

Just rolled 0.13 including this feature (enabled by default)
