Jqurey content is not working anymore

Hi there,

I've noticed that since version 1.6.1, jQuery content is no longer working as expected. Looking at the code, it seems that the content must be provided as plain text.

Would it be possible to restore support for jQuery objects as content, or provide an alternative way to handle dynamic elements?
