I use Exif Notes to tag my shots, it basically is a notepad of various parameters I used when shooting a specific picture. It also contains information about the camera/lenses/film stock used during the shooting.
Exif Notes exports files so you can tag your photos using exiftools later on.
I find myself entering this manually again inside NegPy when I scan my negatives, just to overwrite it afterwards using some exif commands. It would be convenient if I could load the exported file from Exif Notes to populate the various parameters allowed in NegPy (camera, lens, film stock, date, location) and/or convert the database from Exif Notes so that NegPy already has all the gear I use as presets.

I can give it a try if you want.
