Hi, I'm really happy to see so many contributors to NegPy project!

I think for better overview on what's happening and so that we won't be working on same fixes or features we should start using

What I suggest:

1. if you are picking existing ticket/bug - assign yourself to it (there is github action for doing that, just comment /assign under the issue)
2. if you came up with new feature/found issue that you want to fix but there is no issue on it - create one and assign youself to it

oh, I'll take a look at the settings

added github workflow allowing anyone to assign / unassign themselves to the issue (normally it requires setting per-user permitions)

Have some changes in a branch locally, ready to push and open a PR for. But I do not have permission to push to the remote.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

What am I missing here? I'm using the SSH repo if that helps.
