Changed default configuration

The default configuration is now:

  - LIN_ADVANCE enabled
  - CLASSIC_JERK enabled (no JUNC_DEVIATION)
  - S_CURVE_ACCELERATION diasbled
  - STEALTHCHOP_E disabled

These changes were done to workaround the issues that were identified during testing:

  - Jerkiness in curves when printing
  - Extruder stopping midway during print
