New Features

• Network throughput meter in Server Health (#330) — the dashboard's Server Health card now shows live download/upload rates with a ~5-minute sparkline for each direction, so you can see at a glance whether server bandwidth is a bottleneck. On Docker installs the meter measures the container's own traffic specifically.

Improvements

• The Server Health card was reorganized to fit the new meter without growing: memory is now a compact horizontal bar under the CPU dial (tile renamed "CPU & Memory"), and the network meter takes memory's former spot.
