iteration per task

Currently nightshift seems to have 3 iteration until it gives up, would be great if we could configure the number of iteration per task

Solid request — the hardcoded 3-iteration limit is one of the most-requested config knobs we don't have yet. Some tasks genuinely need more attempts; others are so simple one pass is plenty.

Flagging this to Marcus as a config option to add (something like max_iterations per task in the project config). The groundwork is already there since the iteration count is a constant — it just needs to be wired up to config.
