why ract-native-worklets-core always need NDK 27?

good question. more importantly, this package should at least respect root-level ndk versions and not try to install ndks because some build environments using Nix for example do not allow download+install operations at build time

anyways if it can't install this specific ndk version, the entire build fails, even if the ndk version is slightly different (I had 27-1-12297006 and it still tried to install this ndk)

so piggy-backing off this issue (could create a new one if desired) to link this patch: #264 which solved my problem
