fix: Session folder creation on launch fails with windows drive letters

Bug Description

Running kit has issues generating a session path using windows drive names. Tried explicitly setting the path for sessions, but the subfolder creation still fails. AI suggests wrapping in powershell with a manual switch to the home directory before launching kit, but I haven't tested nor am I sure that's what I want to do as a workaround.

Steps to Reproduce

ON WINDOWS (specifically 11 Pro right now)
Unzip prebuilt kit binary to a tools directory.
Ensure kit folder is on PATH
Navigate to a working directory and run "kit"
