version command not shows version after v0.29.0

Hello,

I have downloaded mcphost binary and then noticed that

~/Downloads/mcphost_Darwin_arm64/mcphost --version
mcphost version unknown (built from source)

there is no version info. Can you check?

Seems to be related to migration to github.com/charmbracelet/fang, specifically 2f42899.
