Cannot diagnose any issues with diskimage generation

The Installer package has -quiet hardcoded into the command line options to hdiutil.

This means any problems with this cannot be easily diagnosed within the system, or be able to incrementally diff output from builds as software develops.

According to the man page, there are options -debug, -verbose, -quiet, as well as no option for different levels of logging.
