Load all three meteor shower tables

Currently I load the legacy IMO working set and teh fullstream data from GMN. I then mash the two together to provide a combined dataset.
I need to
- include the new GMN dataset
- allow the user to select between them
- create a separate merged set which has no missing values

Then all code in ukmon_pylib will need to be checked to make sure its using the right logic.
