  • Document 0.8.1: expressions, wrangles, playback and publishing Four new pages, all linked from the sidebar: Expressions the grammar, the ~30 builtins, ch() path forms, the geometry queries, the naming model, the sandbox limits, and what a rename does to a reference Attribute-Wrangle the element scope, typed locals, why there is no control flow, the editor's completion and error marking, and the two nodes that now read what a wrangle can write Runtime-And-Playback the scene clock, the Playbar, why one tick is one frame, and why a heavy scene plays slowly instead of skipping Publishing-A-Scene File > Export web bundle, what the archive contains, the player config, and the one real limitation (it must be served over HTTP, not opened from file://) Release notes for v0.8.1, covering all six features plus the two rounds of testing feedback, and stating plainly that this release is Solarxy Web only: solarxy-app is still unwired from solarxy-graph, so desktop has no parameters to drive and no light nodes to author. Node-Reference regenerated at 76 node types, for the new attribute_wrangle and text nodes and for rect_area_light v3. Solarxy-Web gains the new capabilities, the Playbar, the Text panel, and the seven bundled sample scenes, which the app has offered under File > Sample Scenes since 0.8.0 and no user-facing page had ever mentioned. Keyboard-Shortcuts gains the playback bindings (Space, comma and period, Home). User-Guide points at the new pages. Architecture's node count corrected. Two FAQ entries for the questions this release will actually generate: why area-light intensity does not behave like a point light's, and why a heavy scene drops to a lower frame rate rather than skipping frames.
