⚠️Breaking⚠️ swell-js type updates

• Removed @types/swell-js (Thanks @gusfune for kicking of the initial project ;) )
• Bumbed swell-js to v19.2.3
  It now supports types and therefore many interfaces got another name and many more typed functions have been added.
