[BUG] Unable to update .NET Desktop Runtime 8.0.3 to 8.0.4 ? #2184

- I have searched for my issue and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
- I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.

Hi. WinGetUI lists the two following updates (see attached screenshot), but is unable to update them.
I have tried updating via WinGet, but if I remember well it doesn't work either. So it would be a WinGet issue, right? If so, just tell me so and I'll try to ask in WinGet's github.
I have made the update(s) manually (I guess) by downloading the installer(s), but WinGetUI keeps showing the two updates, and keeps being unable to update them.
I don't know what's going on. Here's the Command Line Output:
