[BUG] The executable file for WinGet was not found

Describe your issue

Can't see new packages or installed packages.

Tried repairing but restart again throws not found error. Using in-built winget works but would prefer original source.

Hi @marticliment, yes, was working very well for a couple of upgrades including previous betas until this one.

Something really weird happening with this beta. After I reported the above error, today after I started the PC, opening the app throw .NET runtime not found, I reinstalled the beta and the error was gone though winget is still not found.

My system started behaving strange and I noticed powershell was gone. Not sure related to the beta install. I had to re-install it again.

Just mentioning in case you see the bigger issue.

Yes, this gets blocked everytime but installation runs smoothly.

Can you please disable your AV; reinstall UniGetUI and then see if it works? I am afraid the AV could have blocked/deleted other UniGetUI files

HI @marticliment, just did so, installation completed successfully but still cant find winget. Not sure what caused powershell deletion and other issues.
