Rewrite wiki from official jaymod.pdf documentation Complete rewrite of Features.md and Configuration-&-Cvars.md based on the official Jaymod 2.2.0 PDF manual. Add g_weapons bitmask table to wiki Documents all 13 g_weapons bit values (SBW_FOPS through SBW_MOLOTOV) with decimal values, names and descriptions. Added to both Features.md (inline in Throwing Knives and Winchester M97 sections, plus dedicated g_weapons Bitmask section) and Configuration-&-Cvars.md.
