What's new:

  1. Add simple load balancer - HTTPS upstreams available as list, blocked paths can be provided as list, customizable port, blocking IP if blocked path has been accessed via iptables
  2. Add pod monitoring services - CPU/RAM. Data is collected via websocket connection and user is to provide amount of requested CPU/RAM for calculation
  3. Add GKE nodes/node pool info
  4. Add PVC module to GKE
  5. Add ConfigMap module to GKE
  6. Add cert_issuer and force_ssl_redirect fields to GKE Ingress models
