Proposal: Serbian Language Translation

Hi everyone,

I would like to contribute to the project by creating a Serbian translation. I noticed that the project currently supports English, Slovak, and Italian, and I believe adding Serbian could be valuable for users from the Balkans region.
Before I start working on the translation, I wanted to check with the community and maintainers if this contribution would be welcome and if there are any guidelines or preferred workflows for adding new languages.

Hi Aleksandar,
adding a language is of course welcome, however at the moment it's only possible by creating a PR. Also I noticed that there is quite a lot of strings that are not using the translation keys. I plan to set up something like weblate so that it's easier to translate as well as check for any missing translations once I get around to fixing the missing translation keys.
