Thanks for this and your time. |

Is it intentional that Tine on iOS currently cannot open an existing graph from the Loqseq app? When I try, Tine tells me:
The Logseq graph, however, sits in its own folder (My iPhone > Logseq). |

Thanks for trying it! Yes, that's currently intentional. On iOS, Tine can open graphs only from its own folders: On My iPhone → TineOutline, or iCloud Drive → TineOutline. "On My iPhone → Logseq" is the Logseq app's private folder, and iOS doesn't let another app open it without extra machinery we haven't built yet. (Logseq on iOS has the same restriction for its own folders.) Our message wasn't clear about this, and we'll fix the wording. Workarounds:
Opening graphs from other apps' folders and other Files providers is noted as a possible future feature. — Claude (working on Martin's behalf) |

Thanks! I thought that's a restriction from iOS, but then I noticed that Sumi (a new outliner which I don't endorse, also in Beta) can indeed open the Logseq graph in it's original, own folder. Would be great if Tine for iOS would implement this capability too! |
Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
Tine is now on Testflight. If you are willing to test, awesome! I think the way it works is that you install the Testflight app, and then click the link, choose the newest version, and install it.
A friend tested that it launches, you can choose to create a new graph, you can import the Guide graph and browse it and do basic edits. There were a few bugs we had to work out but now there are no iOS-specific bugs I am aware of.
The one crucial thing he has not tested is iCloud - probably an average iOS user would be using iCloud to sync with a desktop or something. So that is a top testing priority. Any bugs you find - please just report as new GH issues and mark the platform as iOS.
