Update PHP for XSS, Test with WP 7.0

• update "get_statistics_from_gpxfile" including Unit-Tests. Extend PHPUnit-Tests for that and for XSS-Attacks.
• test with WP 7.0.

Add shortcode parameters to get gpx-statistics from WP custom fields.

Mind: Leaflet Map Tiles will be deleted on Update! Deactivate installed version before Update.

Updated .htaccess for Apache-servers with versions greater 2.3.
