Limetica won't work

I have the mod installed and the menus all show up but I cannot use the stick, it is selected on the menu as the default item but it just won't work, please help

Check that main rendering (M + R) and the tool item functionality (M + T) aren't toggled off.

It worked, but now I have another problem, I tried to save and an error pops up "Invalid directory" what should I do?

Don't use any "too special characters" or at least no back slashes or forwards slashes in the directory or schematic file names you use. Those are not valid for files in the operating system/filesystem.
