With this change, you can now make a change to the .starter setup (like add a new file or directory to your setup) and then propagate that to all your backlots on your machine. It doesn't overwrite existing files and is conservative in adding things.
As an example, I wanted to started persisting planning docs in my backlots, since they're out of the way. I added a
plans/dir to my .starter structure and then made a note of it in AGENTS.md. One command then adds the dir to every backlot on my machine. Thenbacklot syncand they're saved.
