try to create release

Add whisper and tts models:

• whisper model is uploaded by release, you can download by click link bellow and put it in home/xxx/.cache/whisper
• tts models is uploaded by git lfs, you can download by git lfs install; git clone this repo and put it in home/xxx/.local/share/tts
