curl: (7) Failed to connect to localhost port 443 after 0 ms: Connection refused

Does any one has this issue on Ubuntu 22.04?
curl: (7) Failed to connect to localhost port 443 after 0 ms: Connection refused

Everything looks good. Docker conainters running; certificates generated; nginx running. But when I try to see if port 443 is being listened nothing shows.

I am using a VPS hosted by Hostinger trying to set up a Mastodon from the Docker compose file.
