I've got a small Mastodon installation with a few users. Redis is currently at version 7.4.9 and I would like to change to Valkey, but as far as I can tell, there is basically no supported migration path.
So, say I want to start fresh with Valkey on the existing Mastodon installation. Or put another way, theoretically, what happens if I were to lose dump.rdb (but still have Postgres/assets)?
Is there anything I can prepare ahead of time?
What should be done after the clearing? I've read tootctl feeds build, anything else?
Is anything truly permanently lost as a result of Redis clearing?
