• Show live local-model request activity: first-token waiting time, reasoning,
  tool-call generation, streamed fragment counts and available token statistics.
  Retain measurements of the last completed response while a new request runs.
• Read relay measurements across panel processes and expire stale activity without
  storing conversation text or treating stream fragments as tokens.
• Label local sessions with their model and computer instead of Claude, use a
  monitor icon, and enlarge session and quota-chip provider marks.
• Add regressions for stream phases, cross-process metrics and local session identity.
