v1.0.0 — Initial release - Polish judgments (common, SN, TK, KIO)

Polish judgments connector via SAOS API. 3 tools: search, get_judgment, search_by_case. Each result emits structuredContent.citations with case_number, court, date, URL.

Stack: Node 18+, @modelcontextprotocol/sdk, stdio transport, 500 ms throttle.
License: MIT.
Contract: structuredContent.citations consumed by Patron and any other MCP-aware legal agent.
