Theme color not updating asset colors in "Selected" modes #370

Description

The builder doesn't update all the colors with the navigation bar or the button color themes. It will update only what's visible at first, but once the state or selected mode is adjusted the colors won't apply to the whole nav bar. The same issue applies to button "select" functions. With some manual adjustment it can be fixed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Material 3 Design Kit.
  2. Start up Material Theme Builder.
  3. Drop a navigation bar or button into your file.
  4. Apply new color theme to asset.
  5. Change "Selected" status of asset.
  6. Customized color palette doesn't apply to the "Selected" status of assets. Instead it defaults to the purple M3 theme.

The Material Theme Builder I'm sure is supposed to customize the entire palette of the theme, regardless of what state the assets are. Instead it only applies to the visible parts of the assets.

I've tried to create a customized component to fix the issue. Interestingly, the main component stays correct, but the connected instances revert back to the wrong colors. After some time editing other areas of my designs, the main component will revert back to the wrong colors as well.
