Synchronizing microcontroller dsPIC30f4011 with a compatible VGA monitor.
Running at 8 MIPS with sync config resolution 800 x 600 @ 60Hz, but real resolution at 40 x 30 (1200 bytes).
dsPIC30f4011 has only 2KB of ram for static or dynamic alloc.
