Is there a way to only control the display and hide of the control panel without deleting it?

If I create three panels arranged from left to right in order, when I delete the second panel and show it again, it can be displayed between the first and third panels

You could set the visibility of the group to be false which would allow you to not need to delete the panel. Otherwise if you have already removed the panel you could add that panel once again in a particular position which is shown in the documentation
